Fairfield Lakes is a beautiful property and I absolutely loved the property manager Melissa, she was very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I had which was amazingly helpful and reassuring. She was very personable, kind, and understanding making my home hunting feel calm and smooth as it can be extremely stressful! I would definitely recommend this property on the simple fact that it’s refreshing having an attentive Property manager!

I stayed there for a year between 2023 and 2024, and we lived happily and comfortably with my children. Although there were some minor issues in the house, they were quickly addressed and resolved. I recommend the place; it is a safe and upscale area..

We moved here from another housing community in the area that we had a horrible time with from the beginning. When our lease came to an end, we decided to look elsewhere and found Fairfield Lakes! We came to tour the property and met Melissa and Shawn, who both made us feel much more confident in choosing to move into a home here. Melissa also gave us advice for how to handle some of the issues we had moving out of our other property. Since moving in, Melissa has checked in on us to make sure that everything has gone smoothly, and any issues we have had were resolved the day we mentioned them. The homes were recently updated, and also have assigned parking as well as included security systems in the home. The neighborhood around us is quiet and quaint. We love coming home here and look forward to staying a while! Melissa and Shawn make a wonderful team and we are so thankful that they are here!

I have lived here for over a year, and it was rough at first with management and maintenance turnover being high. I couldn’t get any of my work orders taken care of, so my plan was to move out in May when my lease ended. However, a new manager was brought in, and then shortly thereafter, new maintenance! What a complete difference! Both Melissa (mger) and Shawn (maintenance) have been absolutely amazing!! It was like a night and day! They are easy to get a hold of, and take care of any issues that I have right away. I couldn’t be more happier with my stay here, and decided to resign another year lease. Thank you Melissa and Shawn for making this place better and making sure the residents are your top priority, it is greatly appreciated!

Melissa and Shawn are THE best hands down! Talk about taking care of business, response time is outstanding! We are new to the community and after living at our last residence for over 15 years, I figured I would have a hard time adjusting. Which I am happy to say is not the case by any means. My wife and I love it here, it’s quiet, nice neighbors, we feel safe and the property management team is AWESOME. Couldn’t ask for more!!

I’ve lived in my townhome for a little over a year & managers have come & gone, which is frustrating but I’ve learned to deal with it. I’ve had some ongoing maintenance issues that I just accepted as not being fixed due to no one serious or permanent in the office. Over the past month, we’ve gotten a new property manager, Melissa, and to my surprise she took it upon herself to reach out to me to get my issues resolved. She was very personable & helpful. Also quick to respond and offer solutions. I hope this is a permanent placement because I haven’t had this great of an experience with management since I’ve moved it. Very pleased with the overall interaction. Thanks, Melissa 🙂

I had a tour scheduled a few weeks ago, but no one was in the office. However, my understanding is that they did not have an office manager yet, which is COMPLETELY UNDERSTANDABLE.. life happens, several companies are short staffed. I rescheduled my visit and had the pleasure of meeting the new property manager, Melissa! She is absolutely amazing and is so personable. My visit with her alone made me want to live here! The townhomes are upgraded, and very modern. The grounds are very well maintained and the property is just GORGEOUS! The prices are great for the upgrades, and in all reality… you get what you pay for! The location is PERFECT. The property is located just minutes from the shopping mall, restaurants, and groceries… not the mention how close it is to the Air Force base and easy access to the highway. LITERALLY PERFECT LOCATION, I really can’t reiterate that enough! Incredibly happy with this place and hope to be a resident soon!

As a military family , I absolutely loved coming here . the management team was super accommodating and helped our move be as seamless as possible. Ashten brought us in and showed us the property as we have a dog and 2 small children. the playground and dog park are a huge plus to the property! With it being just minutes away from my husbands commute to work it made it that much better.

We moved here about a year ago and have been very happy. It is close to everything in Beavercreek without feeling cramped. The property management team of Ashten, Alton and Sarah are top notch. They are always very responsive to our calls or texts if we ever need anything and are prompt with any service requests. It was hard to find a nice place that would allow us to have our dog but this place is very pet friendly and well kept, complete with a little dog park!

The layout of the home is perfect for entertaining, and we've made so many happy memories here. We are very happy with our experience of living at Fairfield Lakes Townhomes. The location is great, minutes to highway 675, to Fairfield Mall, and all restaurants and shopping area. The complex is very clean, well taken care of, and safe. The complex is kids and pets friendly. The apartments were recently renovated and the amenities in-units are new and modern. We love our pond view from our living room and the kids like the basketball court of the complex. The only downside for us is the fact the apartments do not have garages, there are just 2 parking spots assigned to each apartment. Overall we are pleased with living here at Fairfield Lakes.

Ashton on the management team is amazing she takes time for every resident. Maintenance always very quick to response and never had an issue with them coming and fixing things in a timely manner. Ashton is wonderful and awesome!

Edit: (this review was posted over a year ago, when Ashten was management. She’s no longer working here anymore). Our experience living here in this townhome has been incredible, all thanks to Ashten! She truly goes above and beyond for us tenants, to make sure we have a clean, quiet, and safe community. Anything we ever needed/fixed has always been done right away, which is very much appreciated. Sad to be moving, but we’re so glad to have had Ashten, to make our time here a 10 out 10.

I love living here! It's close to work and the highway is 5 minutes away. You can't beat the location. The community itself is nice and quiet. The new management put up security cameras which are a plus and we also have a security system in our townhome. I feel safe here! The school bus goes through the community so my kids are able to hop right on instead of walking to one stop on the other side of the complex. The new property manager is very nice. The upgrades in my apartment are the best part of living here. The kitchen is a really good size, in apartments you mostly see galley kitchens. We have a ton of counterspace and a pantry! We also have a powder room downstairs which is great for when we have company over they don't have to go upstairs. Great place to live!

This is a wonderful community. They were destroyed by the tornadoes and decided to upgrade the entire complex. The upgrades are nice with granite countertops and hardwood floors. I do know that they had some issues with management but they seem to be getting better. The new property manager seems to care about the property and the people that live here. She has kept in close contact with me about the updates/issues that will be fixed on the property. I did notice they are starting to put new fencing up around some of the townhomes. The new owners seem to care more about how the property looks as well. They now offer online payments which is a lifesaver for me since I'm busy all the time. Great place to live and great management!
