This is a beautiful place to live, it’s super nice and quiet and very comfortable overall the management is amazing, she brings joy and excitement she’s the reason for me and my family move! If we had ten of her it’ll change everything. Thank you so much!!

This is an amazing place to live. Melissa in the office is so sweet and always quick to help with anything needed. Any maintenance issue I've ever had Marc has showed up that day. If I could I'd give them 10 stars. They are literally the best.

I have had nothing but positive experiences living here. Meslissa is extremely attentive and has addressed any questions or concerns I've had efficiently. Under her management, the property all repairs I've needed have been taken care of swiftly.

Fairfield Lakes is a beautiful property and I absolutely loved the property manager Melissa, she was very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I had which was amazingly helpful and reassuring. She was very personable, kind, and understanding making my home hunting feel calm and smooth as it can be extremely stressful! I would definitely recommend this property on the simple fact that it’s refreshing having an attentive Property manager!

Melissa is by far one of the best property managers I have encountered. I have toured a lot of communities and she was so awesome, answered all my questions weather they were good or bad. I definitely am suggesting her and her property to everyone. I cannot wait to move in.

I stayed there for a year between 2023 and 2024, and we lived happily and comfortably with my children. Although there were some minor issues in the house, they were quickly addressed and resolved. I recommend the place; it is a safe and upscale area..
