We moved here about a year ago and have been very happy. It is close to everything in Beavercreek without feeling cramped. The property management team of Ashten, Alton and Sarah are top notch. They are always very responsive to our calls or texts if we ever need anything and are prompt with any service requests. It was hard to find a nice place that would allow us to have our dog but this place is very pet friendly and well kept, complete with a little dog park!

Our year in this home has been nothing short of amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the backyard is a tranquil oasis where we love to spend time with friends. The layout of the home is perfect for entertaining, and we've made so many happy memories here. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and welcoming place to live.

My wife and I have really enjoyed living here. The neighborhood has ducks that we love to see. It's a very family-friendly location. Ashten down in the office has been helpful with all requests we have placed.

Ashton on the management team is amazing she takes time for every resident. Maintenance always very quick to response and never had an issue with them coming and fixing things in a timely manner. Ashton is wonderful and awesome!

I love living here, it is close to everything I need. I love the team here the most; Ashten & Alton truly care about us. They take care of the property so well, I feel very safe living here. It is a great neighborhood, I have made many friends during my time here and I am looking forward to making more.

Edit: (this review was posted over a year ago, when Ashten was management. She’s no longer working here anymore). Our experience living here in this townhome has been incredible, all thanks to Ashten! She truly goes above and beyond for us tenants, to make sure we have a clean, quiet, and safe community. Anything we ever needed/fixed has always been done right away, which is very much appreciated. Sad to be moving, but we’re so glad to have had Ashten, to make our time here a 10 out 10.

This place is awesome! Ashten was super helpful getting us moved in & maintenance comes through quickly & gets things taken care of correctly! The place is super spacious and updated, and we have assigned parking. Everything is updated throughout!
